  • 1 package Oreos
  • 1 ½ C. flour
  • ½ tsp. baking powder
  • ¼ tsp baking soda
  • Dash salt
  • 3 sticks butter
  • 1 C. sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • ¼ C. vanilla yogurt
  • ¾ C. milk
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract, divided
  • 4 C. powdered sugar
  • 1/3 C. cream

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Using a food processor, pulse Oreos until they resemble fine crumbs; set aside. In a large bowl, whisk together 1 stick of melted butter, sugar, egg, yogurt, milk, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Stir in flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Gently fold in half of your Oreo crumbs. Pour batter into cupcake liners and bake for 10 to 12 minutes until and inserted toothpick comes out clean. In a large bowl, use and electric mixer to beat 2 sticks of softened butter until pale and creamy. Gradually mix in powdered sugar, 1 teaspoon of vanilla, and cream. Beat on medium speed until smooth. Frost cooled cupcakes, sprinkle on Oreo crumbs, and top with candy corn pumpkins and chocolate gravestones!
