  • 4 steaks
  • ¾ tsp. cornstarch
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. pepper
  • 1 T. olive oil
  • 1 T. butter
  • 1 T. green onions, sliced
  • 2 T. soy sauce
  • ¼ C. balsamic vinegar
  • ½ C. beef broth
  • 2 C. mushrooms, sliced

In a large skillet, heat up the olive oil. Place the steaks into the hot olive oil. Cook them on both sides. Remove the steaks onto a plate. Use the same skillet for the remaining ingredients. Melt the butter; add in the rest of the ingredients. Sautee the mushroom mixtures for 10-15 minutes or until the mushrooms become tender. Serve over the steaks. Garnish with rosemary if desired. Enjoy!
