Great Buffalo Wings
Serving Size / Yield
- 10 lb. chicken wings
- 1/8 C. poultry seasoning
- 1 16 oz. container Sweet Baby Ray's barbeque sauce
Boil chicken in water for 30-40 minutes or until cooked. Remove from water, run chicken under cold water and pat dry. Cover chicken with seasoning evenly. Use more seasoning if you choose. Allow chicken to rest with seasoning for 30 minutes at room temperature. Cover chicken with barbeque sauce evenly, about 2/3 of container. Allow to rest for another 30 minutes or untill chicken has pink/red color of sauce. Place chicken on hot charcoal grill until golden brown.
