Great Greek Spinach Pie

This dish can be served as a side or mail dish by adding a salad or even soup. Crunchy on the outside and smooth and salty on the inside. Who could ask for more? You can use also puff pastry or the bisquick dough recipe instead of the phyllo if you prefer.

  • I have also made this with bisquick dough (1 1/2 cups bisquick and 1/3 cup hot water). Make two separate batches - one for the top and one for the bottom crust. Brush top crust with butter or evoo.
