Great-Tasting Carrots
Ingredients
- l qt. carrots
- l/2 C. vinegar
- l tsp. salt
- 3/4 C. sugar
- l Tbs. butter
- l Tbs. chopped parsley
Directions
Wash and scrape carrots. Cut into 2inch lengths. Put in saucepan. Add salt and hot water to cover. Cook until tender. Drain, add butter, vinegar and sugar. Cook slowly until transparent. Serve hot.
