Greek Herb Dip
Ingredients
- 2 C. plain thick Greek yogurt
- 5 cloves minced garlic
- 1 Tbs. olive oil
- 1 Tbs. chopped dill
- 1 Tbs. chopped Greek oregano
- 1/2 C. grated seedless cucumber
- 2 Tbs. chopped Greek olives
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- pita chips
Directions
Combine oil and lemon juice in a medium mixing bowl. Slowly mix in the yogurt. Add the garlic, dill and oregano according to taste. Fold in the cucumber and olives. Chill. Squirt in lemon juice just before serving, and set out with pita chips and cucumbers.
