  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • 4 ounces crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 crushed garlic cloves
  • 8 phyllo pastry sheets
  • 3 sliced tomatoes
  • ¼ cup sun dried tomatoes
  • 1/3 cup chopped basil
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Combine the garlic and melted butter in a bowl. Put 1 sheet of phyllo on a lightly greased baking sheet and brush it with the butter-garlic mix. Repeat with each phyllo sheet. Sprinkle the phyllo sheets with mozzarella, leaving about 2 inch border. Top with sliced tomatoes and sun dried tomatoes. Sprinkle with feta cheese and basil. Roll the phyllo dough edges to form a pie crust or rim. Bake for 25 minutes.
