Greek pulled pork
Serving Size / Yield
- 1 (2 lb.) pork tenderloin
- 2 Tbs. Greek seasoning
- 1 (16-oz.) jar peperoncini peppers
Place tenderloin into slow cooker, sprinkle meat generously with Greek seasoning and pour jar of peppers (with juice) over the pork. Cook for 4 hours on high setting.
After 4 hours. shred the pork using two forks and allow to cook 10 to 15 more minutes. Serve.
