  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1 Tbsp. olive
  • 1 1/2 C. pitted olives
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/4 C. water
  • 1 can condensed tomato soup
  • 2 C. hot cooked couscous
  • 1/3 C. crumbled feta cheese

Season the chicken with salt and pepper and cook in a skillet over medium. After about 15 minutes remove the chicken from the skillet and keep warm. Add the olives, garlic powder, and water. Reduce the heat and cover for 5 minute while stirring occasionally. Put in the soup and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer another 5 minutes. Add the chicken back into the pan and mix well. Serve on top of couscous with feta cheese as a garnish.
