Greek Souvlaki
Ingredients
- 3 lbs. turkey breast cubed in 1 inch pieces
- 3/4 C. vegetable oil
- 1/2 C. fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. parsley
- 2 tsp. accent
- 1/4 tsp. bon appetit
- 2 tsp. pepper
- 1 Tbs. Greek oregano
- Wooden skewers soaked in water for 1 hour prior to putting on the grill
Directions
Mix all of the above together except the skewers, let set over night or up to two days. Thread on skewers, may add pieces of mushrooms and onions and peppers. Put on grill about 10-15 minutes turning often.
