  • 2 16-oz. cans med. size peas
  • 1 8-oz. can tomato sauce
  • 1 lg. onion, chopped
  • 4 Tbs. olive oil

Sauté chopped onion in olive oil until soft. Add 1 can tomato sauce and liquid only from 2 cans of peas. Simmer, covered, about 30 minutes. Add peas and cook until hot and heated through. Serve.
