Greek Style Potato Salad

Ingredients
- 4 med. potatoes
- 1/4 C. oil
- 2 Tbs. white wine vinegar
- 2 Tbs. lemon juice
- 1/4 C. green onion, finely chopped
- 1 Tbs. chopped parsley
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
Directions
Boil potatoes in their skins until tender. Drain. Peel and quarter, then cut in sliced. While still warm, pour oil, vinegar and lemon juice over them. Toss to coat each slice well. Add remaining ingredients and toss again. Chill.
