Greek-Style Spread
Ingredients
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/2 C. chopped tomato
- 1/4 C. chopped pitted ripe olives
- 1/4 C. finely chopped cucumber
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves, crushed
Directions
Spread cream cheese on plate. Mix remaining ingredients; spoon over cream cheese. Serve with assorted crackers or toasted pita bread wedges.
