Green Asparagus Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 large and 1 small can green asparagus spears, drained
- 1 Tbs. chopped pimento
- 1 C. grated sharp cheese 2 eggs beaten
- 2/3 C. milk
- butter
- cracker crumbs
Directions
Put in casserole, in layers, the asparagus, mushrooms, pimento and cheese. Sprinkle top with cracker crumbs. Beat milk and eggs together and pour over all. Dot generously with butter and bake in a moderate oven (325 degrees) about 20 minutes or until lightly browned on top.
