Green Bean and Honey Ham Salad
Serving Size / Yield
- 1 lb green beans, trimmed
- ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 red tomato, chopped and diced
- 1 yellow pepper, chopped and diced
- 1 tbs. honey
- Sliced Ham
Start by boiling green beans in a pot of water until crisp and tender.
Drain and cool.
In a skillet, add the olive oil, green beans, and garlic.
Cook for 5 minutes.
Add in tomato, pepper, and ham slices.
Cook for 2 minutes.
Add in honey, salt, and pepper for flavor.
Cook for 2-3 minutes or until vegetables start to caramelize.
