Green Bean Sticks

My mother made this a lot when I was young. Coming from a family of ten, she had a very creative way of cooking.

  • 2 cans green beans
  • 1 C. flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tbs. butter

Drain beans. Beat eggs in small bowl. Dip beans in egg mixture and dredge in flour. Melt butter in large fry pan on medium heat. Add beans and saute until golden brown.
