Green Chile Casserole

Ingredients
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 3 C. cream-style cottage cheese
- 3/4 C. finely crushed rich round crackers
- one 4-oz. can whole green chilies, seeded, rinsed, and chopped
- 3/4 C. shredded cheddar cheese
- 3/4 C. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Directions
Combine eggs, cottage cheese, cracker crumbs, chilies, and half the shredded cheddar cheese and Monterey Jack cheese. Turn into 10x6x2-inch baking dish. Bake into 350 degree oven for 45 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean. Sprinkle with remaining cheeses; return to oven to melt cheese, 2 to 3 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
