  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Flour tortillas
  • 1 (28 oz.) can green chile enchilada sauce
  • 1 (16 oz.) package shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 (8 oz.) container sour cream

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a skillet, cook chicken with garlic until chicken is no longer pink. Transfer to a bowl and mix with sour cream. In a greased baking dish, layer tortillas, sauce, chicken mixture, and cheese. Top with remaining sauce and cheese and bake for 45 minutes covered.
