Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of pesto sauce
  • 1 cup of mozzarella cheese
  • 1 chicken breast sliced
  • 4 pieces of asparagus
  • ½ cup of spinach
  • 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil

Directions

For dough: Preheat oven to 450°F and coat baking sheet with cooking spray. Flour your cutting board and roll out the dough to a round pizza-like shape. Put dough on pan and bake until puffed and golden.

Take dough out of oven and spread the olive oil evenly across, sprinkle cheese. In a skillet place 1 tablespoon of oil cook on medium heat. Place chicken on pan and cook all the way through. Mix together spinach, pesto, and asparagus in a bowl and then spread across pizza. Place pizza in oven and then bake until cheese is melted.
