Green Mango with Tomato Salad
Ingredients
- 2 firm green mangoes, peeled
- 4 medium-sized tomatoes, cubed
- 2 medium-sized onions, finely chopped
- Fish sauce to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 2 Tbs. fresh coriander, finely chopped

Directions
Slice mangoes and finely cube flesh. Place in a bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients and toss lightly. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until use. Toss before serving.
