This wonderful no salt side dish is perfect with chicken or steak. Enjoy the flavors of dill, green peppers and fresh green beans.

  • 1 C. vegetable broth (low-sodium)
  • 1/4 C. chopped green bell pepper
  • 2 Tbs. chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp. dill seeds
  • 2 (9 oz.) pkgs. frozen no-salt-added cut green beans or fresh green beans.

In a large saucepan over medium heat, cook all ingredients except green beans for 3 to 4 minutes, or until thoroughly heated. Stir in beans. Cook, uncovered, for 5 to 8 minutes, or until beans are tender-crisp. Serve hot or refrigerate and serve chilled.
