Green Pepper Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 C. chopped onion
- 1 14 oz. can diced tomatoes
- 1 large green pepper, chopped
- 2 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 C. uncooked rice
- 1/2-3/4 C. water
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 C. cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions
Brown meat and onions. Add and mix the rest except the cheese. Put into greased dish and bake covered for 1 hour. Remove cover, add cheese and bake 5 minutes longer, until cheese melts.
