  • 2 C. tortiglioni pasta, cooked
  • 1 C. green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 C. provolone cheese, cubed
  • 1 (2.25-oz.) can pitted black olives, sliced
  • 1/3 C. extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 Tbs. red wine vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
