Green Pepper Soup
Ingredients
- 3/4 lb. ground beef
- 3 beef bouillon cubes
- 1 10-oz. can tomatoes, chopped
- 1/2 C. ketchup
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 C. cooked rice
- 1 small onion
- 2 green peppers, chopped
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 3 C. water
Directions
Brown ground beef with onions and drain the fat off. Add bouillon cubes and water. Bring to a boil and add all the remaining ingredients except for the rice. Simmer 1-2 hours until peppers are tender. Adjust seasonings if needed. Stir in cooked rice and heat through.
