Greens and Mandarin Orange Salad
Ingredients
- Vinaigrette
- 2 Tbs. white wine vinegar
- 2 Tbs. fresh orange juice
- Zest of one orange
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- Whisk together well and set aside
- Salad
- 1 head romaine lettuce
- 1 can mandarin oranges, drained
- 4 C. baby mesclin
Directions
Toss the greens and mandarin oranges with the vinaigrette. Arrange on individual plates Serve at once.
Yield: 4 Servings.
