  • 4 Salmon Steaks, deboned
  • 1/2 tsp. Lemon-Pepper Seasoning
  • 2 Tbs. Butter, softened
  • 1/4 tsp. Dried Dill Weed, crushed
  • 1/3 tsp. Dried Parsley
  • 1/4 tsp. Lemon Zest

Sprinkle the salmon steaks with lemon-pepper seasoning. Place fish on the greased, unheated rack of a broiler pan. Broil steaks 4 inches from the heat for 10 minutes. Flip fish over and continue broiling for 6 to 10 minutes, or until a meat thermometer placed into the center of a steak reads 145 degrees and fish flakes with a fork. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, stir together butter, dill, parsley, and lemon zest. Lightly spread 1 teaspoon of the butter mixture across the top of each cutlet and serve.
