  • 4 tbsp. margarine, melted
  • 2 tbsp. low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. parsley, minced
  • 1 whole black sea bream, clean, scaled, gutted
  • 3 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Combine margarine, soy sauce, lemon juice, and parsley in a bowl. Stir until well combined
Slice crevices into the fish
Season fish with soy sauce mixture and place lemon slices in the crevices
Place fish on a pan and put in oven for about 10 minutes
