Kids will love eating their veggies when they can dip them in this creamy sauce!

  • 10 carrots
  • 1/4 C. mayonnaise
  • 1/4 C. sour cream
  • 1 tsp. fresh dill, minced
  • 1/2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 tsp. skim milk
  • 1 Tbs. olive oil

Wash and peel carrots, then cut lengthwise once and width-wise once.  Mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, dill, lemon juice, pepper, and milk in a bowl.  Place carrots on the grill and drizzle with oil.  Grill until just tender.  Serve with the dill sauce for dipping.
