Grilled Cheese Sandwich

- 2 slices bread
- Butter, as needed
- 1-2 oz. grated cheddar cheese
Heat a heavy pan over medium-low heat.
Spread one side of each bread slice with butter. Place the bread in the pan. Divide the cheese evenly on each slice.
When the cheese is about halfway melted, use a spatula to flip one slice over on top of the other, and press lightly to melt. Cook until cheese is melted.
