Ingredients

  • 2 slices sourdough bread
  • 4 thin slices of granny smith apples
  • 3 slices of Applewood smoked bacon
  • 2 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 2 thin slices of red onion
  • 2 tablespoon of unsalted butter
  • Salt and pepper to season

Directions

In a medium skillet, cook the Applewood smoked bacon at medium heat until cooked crispy.
In a large skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter and place the sourdough bread to toast on medium heat. Toast for 2 minutes on both sides and place the cheddar cheese on one bread slice to melt.
Place the bacon on top of the cheddar cheese.
On the same skillet, lower the heat and melt 1 tablespoon of butter and grill the granny smith apple slices for 1 minute.
Place the granny smith apple slices on top of the bacon and season with salt and pepper.
