  • 4 chicken breasts, grilled and cut into strips
  • 1 pkg. garden salad mix
  • cherry tomatoes, Cut in Halve
  • 2 avocados sliced thin
  • 1 C. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 C. Balsamic vinaigrette

In a medium sized skillet, cook chicken breasts, seasoned with salt and pepper garlic and onion powder, in oil until juices run clear. Once chicken is cooked, cut the chicken into pieces horizontally. Cut cherry tomatoes in half. Add the tomatoes, chicken, slices of Avocado and garden salad to a bowl. Toss with Vinaigrette. Serve with your choice of salad dressing.
