Grilled Chicken and Broccoli Salad

- 1 lb of Chicken Thighs
- Fresh Broccoli
- 1 Red Pepper, Sliced
Preheat the coals or a gas grill to 325 degrees.
Season chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, and meat tenderizer.
Sprinkle with Italian seasoning, use it sparingly.
Sprinkle with pepper to taste.
Grill chicken until golden brown on each side.
Now place chicken, bone side down, on foil for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
While the chicken is cooking, whisk together the remaining ingredients.
Add glaze to the chicken once its done.
Keep chicken on the foil until the glaze settles on the chicken.
Position chicken on a platter.
Position broccoli, lettuce, and sliced red pepper around the cicken.
