  • 4 Chicken Breasts, Grilled and Cut into Strips
  • Lettuce
  • Multi colored heirloom tomatoes , Cut in quarters
  • 1 C. ranch dressing
  • 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp. cumin
  • 1 tsp. garlic
  • 1 tsp. dark chili powder
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/2 C. chopped cilantro

In a medium sized skillet, cook chicken breasts, seasoned with salt and pepper, in oil until juices run clear. Once chicken is cooked, cut the chicken into pieces horizontally. Cut heirloom tomatoes in quarters Add lettuce to a bowl. Add in chicken and tomatoes. In A separate bowl, mix light ranch dressing and spices together. Toss with the salad to desired taste. Serve.
