Grilled Chicken and Sausage
Ingredients
- 1 lb. link sausage
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- 1 red bell pepper, seeded and sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, seeded and sliced
- 1 small white onion, sliced
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbs. olive oil
- 1 Tbs. fresh lemon juice
Directions
Combine peppers, onion, black pepper, salt, oil, and lemon juice in a bowl. Let stand for 10 minutes. Cut chicken into pieces (around the same size as the sausages are) Place meat on a grill and cook for a few minutes. Halfway through cooking, pour the pepper mixture over the top and continue grilling until cooked through.
