  • 2 tsp. paprika
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 2 lbs. chicken
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 C. fresh breadcrumbs
  • 1 lettuce, chopped
  • 1 onion
  • 1 bag of multigrain buns

Preheat the grill for medium heat and begin to lightly toast the peppers, onions, and tomatoes. Set aside and let the vegetables cool. Meanwhile, combine the chicken with the egg, paprika, and breadcrumbs in a bowl. Using your fingers create chicken patties. Grill them over medium heat for about 5 minutes on each side. Then place the patty in between the buns with place the toppings inside.
