Ingredients

  • 1 prepared grilled chicken
  • 1 head lettuce, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, halved
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 tomato, quarted
  • 1 red onion, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, sliced
  • 4 Tbs. olive oil,
  • 2 Tbs. vinegar
  • 2 tsp. oregano
  • 1/2 C. crumbled feta cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Pour chicken and vegetables in large bowl. Mix oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and oregano in a separate bowl. Pour over salad. Garnish with feta cheese.
