Ingredients

  • 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 avocados
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 8-12 sun dried tomatoes
  • 8-12 slices bread

Directions

Heat up a grill on medium-high heat.

Season chicken with salt and pepper. Place on grill and grill until chicken breast is done, about 10 minutes. Heat up bread as well. Cut chicken breast into strips when finished.

In the meantime, mash avocados and mix with lime juice, onion and garlic. Mix until well combined.

On warmed up bread slices, place chicken breast, guacamole and 2 tomatoes per sandwich. Serve warm.
