Grilled Chicken Salad
Serving Size / Yield
- 4 Chicken Breasts, Grilled and Cut into Strips
- Cherry Tomatoes, Cut in Halve
In a medium sized skillet, cook chicken breasts, seasoned with salt and pepper, in oil until juices run clear.
Once chicken is cooked, cut the chicken into pieces horizontally.
Cut cherry tomatoes in half.
Add lettuce to a bowl.
Add in chicken and tomatoes,
Serve with your choice of salad dressing.
