Ingredients

  • 1/4 C vegetable oil
  • 1/4 C honey
  • 1/3 C cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast; cut into chunks
  • 1 red bell pepper; cut to pieces
  • 1 yellow bell pepper; cut to pieces
  • wooden skewers

Directions

In a bowl, mix together the oil, honey, cider vinegar and black pepper. Then, add in the chicken chunks. Coat well and let it marinate in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.

After that, preheat the grill to high.

Thread the chicken and peppers alternately through the wooden skewers.

Lightly oil the grill, place the skewers on the grill. Brush the remaining marinade on the chicken and peppers.

Allow the skewers to cook for 15-20 minutes. Rotate the skewers to ensure that the chicken is cooked evenly through.

Lastly, remove from grill and serve with your choice of sauce.
