Grilled Chicken Skillet
Serving Size / Yield
- 2 Large Chicken Breasts, Cut Into Pieces
- 1/2 Cup Orange Bell Pepper, Chopped
- 1/2 Cup Yellow Bell Pepper, Chopped
- 1/2 Cup Red Bell Pepper, Chopped
- 1/4 Onion, Chopped
- 1/4 Cup Mushrooms
- Olive Oil
- Seasoning Salt
- Garlic Powder
In a skillet, heat olive oil on medium heat.
Season meat with seasoning salt and garlic powder.
Add in chicken breasts pieces to the skillet and cook until not pink and juices run clear.
Add in vegetables and mushrooms and continue cooking.
Once the vegetables are tender turn off heat.
