Grilled Chinese 5-Spice Skewered Chicken

Ingredients
- 1 lb. Chicken Breast, Boneless, Skinless
- 1 C. Soy Sauce
- 1/2 C. White Wine
- 1/4 C. Rice Wine Vinegar
- 1 Tbs. Sugar
- 2 tsp. 5-Spice Powder
- Bamboo Skewers
Directions
Cut the chicken into long, thin strips. Set aside. Mix the other ingredients. Pour over the chicken and toss well. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours. Weave onto skewers. Grill until firm (about 3-4 minutes per side). Do not overcook. Serve warm.
