Grilled Cinnamon Pineapple Slices

- 1 fresh pineapple, peeled, cored, and cut into rings
- 1/4 C. coconut milk
- 1/2 C. cinnamon sugar
Preheat the grill to medium heat. Lightly grease the grate. In one dish, place the coconut milk. In another, put the cinnamon sugar. Dip the pineapple rings into the coconut milk dish and then the dish with the cinnamon sugar. Grill the slices for 6 minutes on each side.
