  • 4 ears of corn
  • ½ C. mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbs. butter, melted, divided
  • ½ tsp. cayenne pepper
  • ½ tsp. paprika
  • ½ tsp. chili powder
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Preheat the grill to medium. In a small mixing bowl, mayonnaise, 1 Tbs. butter, cayenne pepper, paprika, chili powder and garlic powder. Cover and refrigerate for 10 minutes.

Brush 1 Tbs. of butter evenly on each ear of corn. Wrap individually in aluminum foil. Place on grill for approximately 25-30 minutes, turning occasionally until corn is tender, but still firm. Let cool for at least 5 minutes. Serve with Cajun butter.
