This easy salmon recipe only takes ten minutes to make and tastes amazing! Baste the salmon with some of the butter for extra flavor!

  • 4 (6 oz.) portions salmon, skin-on
  • salt
  • 2 Tbs. oil
  • 1/4 C. butter
  • 2 tsp. chopped fresh dill
  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced

Season the salmon with some salt and heat the grill on high. In a small bowl, mix together the dill and butter. Grease the grates with an oiled paper towel. Coat the salmon with the 2 Tbs. oil and place it skin side up on the grill. Grill for 2 to 4 minutes before carefully turning. Reduce heat to medium, cover, and grill for an additional 3 to 5 minutes. To serve, plate with lemons and top with dill butter. Serve immediately.
