Grilled Filet Mignon With Italian Dressing
Serving Size / Yield
- 1 bottle Italian salad dressing
- 2 beef tenderloin fillets, 1 1/2 inches thick
- 2 T. steak sauce
- 2 tsp. water
Pour the Italian dressing into a pan. Place the steaks in the pan and let them marinate for three and a half hours.
Prepare your grill for the steaks.
Grill the steaks over hot coals for about eight minutes per side. Baste with a mixture of steak sauce and water.
