Grilled Fruit Kabobs with Tangy Lime and Honey Yogurt
Serving Size / Yield
- 4 C. varied fruit, cubed
- 1 C. plain yogurt
- 2 Tbs. honey
- 1 tsp. lime zest
Heat up your grill and soak some bamboo sticks for a few minutes and set aside. In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients making sure that the fruit is well coated in the yogurt sauce. Add the fruit to the skewers and set the remaining sauce aside.
Grill for 1 1/2 miutes on each side. Serve with the remaining sauce for dipping and enjoy!
You may also garnish with fresh mint leaves for added flavor.
