  • 1 pound of large pawns
  • Olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp. minced chives

Prepare grill to high heat. Poke shrimp through skewers. Add on salt and brush with olive oil. In a microwavable bowl, heat up the butter and garlic. Grill shrimp for 2 minutes per side. Once ready, place onto a sauce bowl and gently pour the garlic butter mixture on them. Sprinkle chives on top.
