Grilled Italian Tuna

Ingredients
- 4 tuna steaks
- olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- 1 Tbs. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
Directions
Preheat grill. Brush the steaks with oil and add salt and pepper to taste. Grill the fish until lightly browned on one side, 2-3 minutes. Turn fish over and cook until lightly browned, but still pink inside. Should take another 2 minutes. Test for doneness. In a small bowl, whisk together 3 Tbs. olive oil, lemon juice, oregano and salt and pepper to taste. Pour the lemon juice mixture over the tuna steaks and serve immediately.
