Grilled Lemon Pepper Salmon Skewers

- 1 lb. boneless, skinless salmon fillet, cut into chunks
- Lemon pepper salt
- Lemon wedges
Season both sides of salmon with lemon pepper salt.
Heat grill to medium-high heat. Slide salmon onto skewers. Grill for 5 to 7 minutes, turning once, or until salmon reaches desired doneness.
Serve warm with lemon wedges.
