Everyone loves pizza! This tasty combination of vegetables and pepperoni is made only better when cooked on the grill. Add whatever toppings you like, from olives to spinach to onions!

Serving Size / Yield

6-8 servings


  • Pizza dough
  • 2 Tbs. olive oil
  • Spray cooking oil
  • Flour and cornmeal, for dusting
  • 2 C. Pizza sauce
  • 8 oz. white cremini mushrooms
  • 1 Tbs. Fresh chopped garlic
  • 4 oz. red or green bell peppers
  • 8 oz. grated mozzarella cheese
  • Salt and pepper
  • 6 oz. thinly sliced pepperoni

Cook the mushrooms in a heavy skillet for 7-8 mins
Add garlic and peppers and cook for another minute
Season to taste with pepper and salt and refrigerate the mixture overnight
Preheat grill on HIGH
Meanwhile dust a metal tray with cornmeal
Dust the counter with flour and roll out Pizza dough in a 12-14 inch circle
Put the dough into the tray and grill for 2-3 minutes
Flip over the dough and add sauce, mushrooms, and cheese on the top and sprinkle with pepperoni
Grill for another 2-3 mins
Remove the dough from the grill and cut into slices
